The simple and functional stand out in the interior design of this small duplex apartment, it has a color palette where the white color applied to the walls and ceilings along with the resin floors predominates.
Plywood has been used for the stairs and they seem to fit together with the simple kitchen cabinets; As we have seen in: Small apartments, 10 ways to make them look spacious , all available spaces have been used, the refrigerator was located under the stairs and drawers were designed that complement the kitchenette set, lets see:
Stair design with plywood
The bedrooms of the duplex apartment follow the minimalist trend, wood is used to form unitary sets giving harmony to the environments; Lets see below the entrance to the bedroom formed by the closet and the door in a single unit.
The bathrooms (two in total in the duplex) look spacious and bright, white toilets have been chosen with a conservative design and ceramic tiles have been combined with a wooden wall in the style of the apartment. For the use of wood in bathrooms it is important to apply protectors against humidity and even better if it is a thermo-treated wood.
The duplex has a small space for study and reading located on the second floor, it has been designed in an area that allows some privacy despite being a transitional space.

On the first floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen have been designed in a single environment; On this level there is also the master bedroom and a complete bathroom, the built area is a square lot.
In the main entrance we can see it in the upper central part of the plan.
On the second floor, two bedrooms have been designed for children (three in total in the duplex) that share a bathroom, on this level there is a small space for study with good natural lighting.
