A construction in a rural environment such as a cabin needs to have durability and habitability characteristics at any time of the year. Next we will analyze the design and plans of a simple cabin camouflaged with the green pastures.

The pale green color has been applied both to walls and to the roof of two skirts or waters, it has a pine wood structure with large windows in the social area and smaller windows in the private area (bedrooms) to conserve heat in times of cold. Lets now look at a side view:

The cabin, being located near a lake, has been raised by concrete pillars to avoid possible floods and also as protection from frost in winter. In any case, in rural houses it is important to make a platform (concrete, stone or even wood) to isolate the house from natural agents.
One of the features to highlight are the glass hinged doors in front of the living room and dining room, which allows a greater connection with the natural environment.
Simple cabin plans
At Construye Hogar we really like the distribution of rooms in this cabin since in a small space it has been possible to efficiently perform various functions such as rest, food preparation, sleep and toilet.
The high gabled roof has made it possible to generate sleeping areas in the attic.
In the plan of the ground floor we can see the design of a small living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, also a bedroom that is completely independent and with direct access to the outside. Lets see:

Interior pine wood finishes
The interior design of the house maintains the natural finish of the pine, the social area of the dining room and the living room are completely bathed in natural light and despite the small space available, the rooms look spacious and bright.
Dining room takes advantage of the high gabled ceiling to gain spaciousness and clarity
Both floors, ceilings and walls are dominated by a uniform pine wood finish that stands out for its good combination of resistance and impregnation, in addition to its abundant availability in various regions of the world.
