We will analyze a beautiful two-story, three-bedroom house built in an area of 110 square meters, it has a facade formed by brick lattices with a harmonious combination of small stones, discover below the proposal of the architecture studio RÂU ARCH.
Harmonies design of front and side facades of the small house
The design of the façade draws attention for its harmonious combination of openwork walls on the two levels and the application of small stones to emphasize the structure, the degree of inclination of the gabled roofs complement the original design proposal.
In the profile façade, we can see the application of flat tiles on the ceilings and a perimeter fence formed with openwork bricks of the same material that we have seen applied to the façade; the portico has been nested with the application of the small rectangular stone.
Planters have been designed on the side of the house and are part of the structure, thereby achieving an interesting integrating effect of the vegetation with the decorative stone.
The concrete porch of the perimeter fence has an inverted «L» -shaped structure, complemented by decorative openwork bricks.

The first floor is divided into two areas, in the front part the living room, dining room and kitchen are located in an environment without divisions, in the back part of the house two bedrooms have been designed for the children.
The small and inexpensive one is lit and ventilated front and back, additionally it has a skylight in the center that gives it an additional point of light to achieve the luminous and spacious effect.
On the second floor the master bedroom and a small prayer space have been designed, we believe that it is possible to include a bathroom for the master bedroom due to the available space.
The front part of the second level is open and allows the room on the first floor to have a high gabled ceiling, through the front lattice a greater entry of natural light is possible.

The interior of the house looks spacious and well-lit, the social area on the first floor does not have interior divisions as well as the presence of several openings and a high ceiling gives the impression of having more area than it really has, these are resources that can be replicate in the remodeling or construction of your home.

The contrast of the interior design are the oak-colored wooden floors, the equipment is simple but harmonizing elements have been added, such as the design of the TV cabinet.
