Front and side facade of the country house
Native construction materials such as cane, stone and adobe (sun-dried clay brick) have been used in a structure that integrates with the natural environment, to give it resistance it has reinforced concrete foundations, columns and beams that have load-bearing capacities.
Main facade of the house
The virtually enclosed outdoor terrace has a reed roof and tree trunk columns, a beautiful constructive detail that harmonizes with the adobe and rustic stone applied to the façade.
Outside dining room with cane roof
The living room – dining room as well as the master bedroom have large screens that allow connecting these environments with the exterior of the house, in addition to having the best views towards the forest.
Main facade (social area)
The oval walls at the back follow the shape of the land, which allows the house to be integrated into the environment, lets see:
Rear facade of the house
We find interesting the proposal to create a stone wall with integrated steps, which reminds us of the constructions of Inca architecture.
Side stone wall with embedded steps of the same material
Floor plan and sections
Country house plan
As we can see in the floor plan, the house is divided into two blocks, on the left the social area with the living room – dining room and kitchen and the block on the right with the design of three bedrooms and an outdoor terrace.
The dining room has a magnificent view of the natural environment, for this it has a large screen that connects the interior spaces with the exterior; in front of the dining room there is an exit to the bedrooms.
The main bedroom (right block of the plan), has a bathroom included, the secondary bedrooms share a bathroom located in the passageway, in the center of this area there is a bedroom with bunk beds, this solution is possible in a country house and can also be used with a visiting room.
The private area has a terrace where an open dining room has been placed.
The areas have been distributed as follows: Social area (living room, dining room, kitchen) in 68.00 m²; Private area (three bedrooms, two bathrooms , hallway and terrace) 67.00 m², making a total of 135 square meters.

The natural is also transferred to interior design
The interior of the country house breathes and you see nature, to achieve this again we see the use of clay structures and stone walls that harmonize with the wooden floors.
Living room design with clay fireplace
The equipment is simple with decorative details of handmade textiles (tocapus) that have geometric shapes and natural colors of the same cotton.
Beautiful view to the outside from the social area
